Summary: The stay at the Best Western in Hornell was Excellent. The rooms were spotless, the workers were pleasant and courteous and they made our stay special. Wish every hotel could be like this.

Summary: Stay was good. But hotel was run down- ceiling was peeling and falling apart. We were given a handicap room which is fine but we didnt need one. We could hear everyone above us move. And the shower made the bathroom floor a mess
